Kosher-Mart

KosherMart, a locally owned family business, was established in 1999, with its first location on Rollins Avenue in Rockville,

Maryland. Dedicated to providing the Jewish community with quality kosher prepared foods, the Yitzhaky family expanded this

to include an extended line of Israeli products, wines, and a variety of kosher gourmet products from around the world.

Realizing the steadily increasing demand for kosher products, outstanding service and Judaica, the business expanded to

include the Jewish Gift Shop, located conveniently next to KosherMart. The Jewish Gift Shop features sefarim (religious books)

and items from Israel. It has always been a goal of both businesses to support Israeli based vendors and to bring a “touch of

Israel” to our Washington metro neighborhoods!

When the opportunity arose, KosherMart acquired an additional 20,000 square foot location, also in Rockville. In its newly

renovated Boiling Brook location, KosherMart features the Israeli Restaurant and Grill and the KosherMart Café along with an

expanded line of prepared foods, Israeli products, fresh fish counter and olive bar.

It is with pleasure that KosherMart introduces its new venture …. Fine catering for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs,

organizational banquets, and other special events. Our unique menus, personal flair and attentive catering director will make

your occasion an event to remember!
